GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel Insurance: Guests are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.
● Flights: Guests are responsible for booking their own flights, checking in, and
arriving at the tour’s starting location on time.
● Passport, Visa, and Documentation: All guests must hold a valid passport, visa,
and any other necessary travel documentation. Any delays or visa denials fall under
Docusign Envelope ID: E2B94989-2411-4569-99CB-56316CF93E5D
the discretion of the respective embassy, and we cannot assume responsibility for such occurrences. Additional visa attempts and associated risks and costs are the responsibility of the guest.

ITINERARY CHANGES

For reasons beyond our control, itinerary adjustments may occasionally be required to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. While we strive to minimise any disruption, certain situations, such as natural events or unforeseen travel restrictions, may necessitate changes. In such cases, compensation may not be available. It is advisable to have adequate travel insurance for such circumstances.

Uscape reserve the right to cancel a tour prior to departure if necessary. In this case, we will issue a full refund. Guests who wish to alter their itinerary may do so at an additional cost, and those arriving before or after the group are responsible for joining the tour at their own expense.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation costs do not include extra vehicle usage outside of scheduled transfers and sightseeing, unless explicitly stated in the itinerary. Should there be a significant increase in fuel prices, airfare, or exchange rates, we may apply a surcharge beyond a 2% threshold on the remaining balance.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Our tours include handpicked accommodations that are comfortable, centrally located, and reflect the local charm. Rooms are typically twin-share with a non-smoking policy. Additional personal expenses, such as laundry or optional excursions, are the responsibility of the guest. If a non-refundable room is booked, cancellations or changes are unfortunately not available, and full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note  Uscaoe neither own nor manage the accommodations, restaurants, or other facilities used during the tours. If issues arise during your stay, we encourage you to address them directly with the service provider. For unresolved issues, you may reach out to info@uscape.travel within 28 days of returning home, including all relevant booking information.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Uscape reserve the right to terminate a booking if a guest’s behaviour disrupts the group dynamic or makes other guests uncomfortable. In such instances, no refund or compensation will be provided, and the guest will be responsible for any expenses related to their early departure.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Uscape are not liable for:
1. Loss or damage caused by independent service providers.
2. Delays or additional expenses due to unforeseen events (Force Majeure).
3. Missed sightseeing or itinerary changes due to uncontrollable events.
4. Injury, loss, or personal damages, loss or theft during the tour.
